All-Inclusive Planner

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

Design & Decor
$6000-$3800
Design & Decor is a service for clients who want a beautiful wedding but need assistance with the design and decorating aspects of the planning process. With this plan we offer a 3-n-1 service, we offer minimum planning by helping to assist any planning needs you have not completed. We coordinate the day of your wedding including creating a timeline, rehearsal, and assuring all vendors and décor is on schedule. Lastly, we’ll monitor and decorate everything on the wedding day to make sure all your dreamy designs and decor come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue.
DESIGN TIMELINE: TYPICALLY, 6-9 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Limited Planner
$1000
This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior.
PARTIAL PLANNING TIMELINE: TYPICALLY, 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Month of Coordination
$600-$1000
Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. MONTH-OF COORDINATION TIMELINE: 4-6 WEEKS OUT PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Mini-Wedding Pkg

A wedding 50 guests and under is considered a “mini wedding.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union. A mini- wedding is perfect if you want a wedding and all its traditions on a smaller scale, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities.
MINI/INTIMATE WEDDING TIMELINE: 6-9 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Intimate Wedding Pkg

A wedding 60-80 guests is considered a “Intimate Wedding.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union.

Save-the-Date
Under this agreement, the wedding couple desire to hire Blessed Unities Services LLC as a wedding consultant, coordinator, or designer for their wedding scheduled on the event date.
Beginning on the wedding couple selected date Blessed Unities Services will hold the date and bill a non-refundable $200 payment to the wedding couple account as compensation for saving the date of wedding services over 6- 12+ months. For further information please contact B.U.S.

A butterfly theme baby shower created for the expecting mother. Oh, baby was this butterfly obsessed mother to be happy Blessed Unities Services was able to create her vision just the way she liked.
Congratulations to the new married couple. The under the sea themed wedding definitely experienced waves of love in the air. The happy couple loved the floral arch with their initials glistening and surrounded by wisteria it was definitely a hit for all the guests.
A private and intimate engagement party for a small number of guests. She definitely said yes to the gold, purple, and white selection of decor for this special occasion.

B & R VENUE
B&R Venue is a perfect and affordable place to host any type of small-scale event for guests.
At B&R Venue we host events of all kinds, for example, baby showers, bridal parties, birthdays, mini-weddings, and so much more. B & R Venue holds maximum of 60 guests, and provides rectangle and round tables, a Bluetooth speaker, tv and projector, a kitchen ,4-hour rental with 1 hour to set-up and 1 hour clean-up giving you a total of 6 hours and plenty of parking. Decorating services is available at an additional cost. We are located at 2701 Spring Grove Cincinnati OH 45225. B&R Venue services also includes wedding planning, coordinating, and decorating for guests and will travel to various locations to provide our services. The areas we service include Columbus, Dayton, Hamilton, Cincinnati OH, northern Kentucky, and Indianapolis.
